Dimple vs Teruki Hanazawa

4 places
BeatenTeruki HanazawaMob Psycho 100 · rank 7

Teru took on Dimple's tree-fed Psycho Helmet head-on, inside a tree that drains anyone who enters it. Four places is the distance between a peer of Mob's running on his own power and a spirit running on a tree's, and the record measures exactly that: the gap here was fuel as much as talent. So the result backs the placing while being honest about what it is made of.

Ekubo — upper-class evil spirit, later "Psycho Helmet"

Mangacomicanimationcontested

As Psycho Helmet he fed Seasoning City sweets tainted by the Divine Tree until most of it, Ritsu and Tsubomi included, was his, beat Teru and bound him inside the tree, and drained Mob's power while trading god-titled attacks with him in a golden form. Earlier, inside Musashi Goda's body, he overpowered Shibata of the Ultimate 5. He lost the tree fight by being trusted rather than beaten. Contested because the strength was the tree's, and because Mogami, he says, once beat him at full power.

What this does not settle

One fight in one work. It is the only result the record gives between these two, and it is evidence about that meeting and nothing wider — not a general matchup, not a rematch, and not a ranking of its own.

The ladder above it is argued from everything either of them has been shown doing; this page is argued from one citation.

Where the two disagree, the disagreement is the point, and it stays visible rather than being resolved by whichever of them happens to be on this page.
